MEDIA RELEASE: Another day, another desperate lie

Reports today suggest the Government has decided the best use of its time is to fabricate Labor costings instead of working on its own.

It says everything you need to know about Malcolm Turnbull and Scott Morrison when the only costings they can agree on are lies.

If this is what Mr Turnbull's Government is devoting its attention to, it’s no wonder it's blown out net debt and doubled the deficit.

We know the figures being used by Mathias Cormann were fabricated by Mr Turnbull and have no credibility whatsoever.

Mr Turnbull promised “new economic leadership” but he says one thing and does another.

Malcolm Turnbull and Scott Morrison should spend less time pretending they’re responsible for Labor’s policies, and more time developing their own.

If recent history is anything to go by, the longer Malcolm Turnbull and Scott Morrison spend talking about Labor’s policies, the more likely it is one of them will contradict the other and end up supporting Labor, and you could understand why.

Labor has announced more than $100 billion worth of improvements to the Budget bottom-line to help fund our policies and improve the budget position over the medium term.

Labor’s policies are independently costed and fully funded.
